About this story, and it’s worse than you think. This woman lives in Canada, and her doctor relocated. Said doctor was the only one in the area who could treat her condition, so the woman’s choices were pay to relocate or receive treatment through private care or suicide. And apparently some scum bag in a corporate marketing department thought, “Hey, what if we spend a bunch of money on a commercial to get attention for ourselves out of this tragedy instead of just paying for the lady to relocate?”
